Brett Levine, the senior partner and son of Melvin Levine, is a 1986 graduate of the George Washington University Law School. At Muhlenberg College, he was an honors graduate in accounting and a member of the National Economics Honor Society. Brett Levine is an accredited and certified divorce mediator, and serves under both court appointments and private retainers. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Brett Levine is also co-author of The Unofficial Guide to Divorce.
Melvin Levine, Brett's father, is a graduate of the New York University School of Accounting and Finance, and later, earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Melvin Levine is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His careful and thoroughly professional work in the field of trusts and probate make him a choice as a Morris County court-appointed Counsel in Guardianship matters, and as court appointed Successor Trustee. Melvin Levine also served his country as an officer in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
